Jeffrey H. Nicholas, Esquire

Jeffrey Nicholas is a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP, where he is Chair of their Technology & Venture Finance and Securities Practice Groups and a Member of the Life Sciences Practice Group.

Jeff’s practice includes securities and corporate finance, in particular venture capital financing, securities reporting and disclosure, and a wide variety of corporate transactions, including M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, joint development agreements, joint ventures and licensing and distribution agreements.

Jeff is a co-founder and Managing Director of Delaware Crossing Investor Group, an angel investor network he conceived and help launch with two Fox Rothschild colleagues.  He also serves on the board and is general counsel to BioStrategy Partners, a non-profit organization that nurtures early stage and emerging life sciences companies.
